Foreclosure International owns a management company called 100% Leased Management Residential. The management company operates from our offices with our own employees and our repair crews. When our investors invest with us, we keep all their properties managed under our care. We do not out source to a third party management. That is the difference between us and the others. We do the acquisitions, the marketing, and the management thought the same operation.
Our expert leasing team specializes in the different market areas and does a great job marketing the properties:
- The homes are set up on a Multiple Listing Service that is accessed by all realtors in Texas.
- The homes are advertized weekly in the area news papers.
- The homes are often furnished to provide an inviting atmosphere to a prospective tenant.
Once the homes are rented our management crews collect the rent and supervise the houses. Tenants have a 24/7 contact number and an office to come to for help.
