Foreclosure International's acquisition team is in constant contact with the bank's special asset managers. The team meets with the bankers on monthly bases and analyses endless deal to get the project that make sense. When an interesting project is found we seal the deal in matter of days. We invite our bulk sale investors to participate and profit from our time and research.

Bellaire Estates was our latest bulk project:

• 10 homes, 80% complete, vacant since 2006.
• Under contract and closed in 10 days for cash.
• 30 Days for permit release and plans.
• Finished and on the market within 45 days.
• Big open house and marketing campaign for the 9 available – 1 was presold.
