Foreclosure International's goal is to acquire properties from financial institutions. Banks are in the business of lending, we are in the business of purchasing and developing real estate. We specialize in developer failed projects that need to be completed. We have our own construction company and we can complete the building as well as handle the permit process with the city. Our latest project was Bellaire Estates where we bought ten incomplete homes, closed in ten days for cash and finished them out. We are very motivated to purchase larger deals as well.
Foreclosure specializes in the developer projects but is not restricted to only that. We buy single homes in all conditions. These homes are usually remodeled and rented to nice families that may not be able to qualify for financing in this market. We have residential management company that sees to the needs of the tenants 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
