Tamir Poleg

Tamir serves as the CEO and Optimum RE investments, LLC, a US based real estate investments Company. The Optimum group of companies owns and manages a broad portfolio of real estate assets and real estate related companies throughout the US.

Tamir has been active in the US and Israeli real estate markets for the past 5 years, both as an investor and as a partner in various projects across the 2 countries.  

Throughout this period, Tamir has been involved in acquiring, developing, marketing and funding of over 25 projects throughout USA, and obtained deep knowledge of the US real estate market, its processes and characteristics. 

In the Israeli real estate market, Tamir has been involved in various ventures in high demand areas, focusing primarily on early stages of the projects: property acquisition, financing, planning and marketing.

Prior, Tamir has served in various international sales and business development positions in leading Israeli high tech companies, managing the overall sales activities in Europe while defining and implementing sales strategy and achieving continuous growth. During this period Tamir has achieved significant milestones (large scale international projects with 1st tier customers) and has been closely cooperating with industry giants such as Siemens, Ericsson, and Alcatel.

Tamir holds a B.A degree in Economics and management, and a graduate degree from the Real Estate management program in Tel Aviv University. Tamir Poleg, 33, married to Annat and father to Tal and Yahli.
